       This past weekend the weather gods smiled upon us and i believe some 44 anglers signed up for the Annual John Kadnar Fluke derby. And yes some nice fluke were caught but I'll let Joby post the results. Joe Nakelski and Bob Dixon banged out a great lunch of Burgers, Dogs, Corn on the Cob, Baked Beans, Macaroni, Potato salad and Slaw complete with all the trimmings. 

While the Derby was open to members and guests so too was the after Derby lunch. Unfortunately not too many non angler members or guests showed up for lunch. All you could eat for $10 bucks ........  what a steal

        Once again it was an honor to have John's wife Angie and family present at the weigh in and Lunch where she was presented with a bouquet of flowers by chairman Joby Vinarski.

This years annual Clam Bake/ Luau is Saturday September 21st. This year we will have a pig roast along with lobster. Tickets remain $50 are on sale now and available at the club. Please do not wait until the last minute to purchase!!!
